We only offer store credit on refunds. Please read the terms below before sending an email to

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If the item was delivered overdue we can make an exception. Please email us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

We offer FREE RETURNS on US orders only. Please email us to get your return started.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Exchanges. Please include a note that states what size you would like to exchange your item for. If we have the correct size in stock we will ship it out to you within 1-2 business days. Items may only be exchanged for a different size, not a different style. 

Returns from orders with free items. If you bought an item and got one free, returns will not be accepted unless free items are also sent back.

Buy one get one (any percentage off) items.  We will not accept returns of full priced items unless the sale item is also sent back with the full priced item.
